Dear Friends,
We are pleased to invite you and your organization to participate in this year’s Multiculturalism Day, World Potluck Fiesta & BBQ celebration on Monday, June 29, 2009. The success of this event rests on the support of volunteers and the generosity of the community organizations, government funding and the business community.
The Markham District Veterans Association has again collaborated with our multicultural community in York Region to host our annual World Potluck Fiesta, celebrating Canada’s Multicultural Day.
We are asking you and your organization to join us as our guest and community partner as we Celebrate our Canadian Multicultural Day at the Markham Vets Hall and let us pay tribute to all Canadian War Veterans, Support Our Troops and the Canadian Armed Forces for all the for the freedoms we have in Canada. This event is free, no cost to anyone and open to everyone, to enjoy international music and free foods from around the world. |
