Robertson, Senior Partner at The Robertson Training
Group, has been helping people improve their skills
for over a decade. He began by training employees,
managers and owner/operators in the hospitality
industry in 1990 and, a few years later, began
teaching sales people how to improve their sales
and negotiating skills. He is the Manager of Retail
Training for Sony Canada, and for more than six
years has conducted hundreds of sales training
workshops.
Kelley
is also the author of "Stop, Ask & Listen
- How to welcome your customers and increase your
sales." This unique sales guide presents
customer-focused selling strategies utilizing
the GUEST approach to selling. Unlike most self-help
or business books, Robertson provides a Blueprint
for Success; a step-by-step process that shows
you exactly how to apply the concepts he presents.
