On behalf of the Government of Ontario, I would like to bring greetings and well wishes to the Chinese community of the Federation of Chinese Canadians in Markham.

One of the uniqueness that we have in Ontario is the diversity of cultures that is apparent in our neighbourhood and the Chinese community has certainly contributed greatly to this uniqueness.

On the eve of your New Year Festival celebration, I would like to offer my sincerest best wishes and hope the Year of the Monkey will bring you much health, happiness and prosperity!

Yours truly,

Mario G. Racco
